My name is Katie, and I love cheese (and its many friends)! After spending the last decade living in Europe and tasting its wonderful cheeses, I wanted to go beyond the surface and learn more about the history, manufacturing, and tastes, textures and uses of the world’s many cheeses, so I signed up for a course about cheese. This site is a collection of my knowledge about cheese – my experiences from the past, and my journey as a student of cheese. My hope for this site is to share my passion for cheese and its friends, so you discover a world of taste for yourself.
